Ordered a corsage and specifically requested no baby’s breath. Came to pick it up and lo and behold baby’s breath all over it. Corsage is ok but would appreciate requests to be followed as it’s definitely not the look I was going for now.

I would not recommend buying flowers here, I tried ordering flowers on 9/21 Since they advertise that they’re open 7 days a week. After picking out the flowers I wanted and proceeding with the payment I was informed 3 hours later that they couldn’t arrange the flowers I chose due to the fact that none of their stylist were in. The employee tried to see if I wanted a different type of style/flowers since their stylist weren’t in so I was not interested anymore due to false advertisement about there “open 7 days a week”. I informed the employee to cancel my order and verbally was told that they weren’t going to proceed with my order/payment but come to find out I check my bank account and still see they took $118 out of my account still. Those flowers were never even sent out, but they can still process the payment which is very upsetting since I was only left a voicemail asking if I still wanted the arrangements nor received any communication from them that they were still gonna process the payment. I eventually called them to let them know and they couldn’t even find my “transaction” when I gave them the work order number that I have received when I first ordered the flowers, so t

Fontana Location I was disappointed in the arrangement of this Valentine’s Day bouquet. I understand that Valentine’s day is busy for florists, but that does not mean the quality of the arrangement should be less than mediocre. I understand I may not receive exactly what is pictured but this was not even close. The vase was nice. I would not recommend this florist but other folks may have had a better experience. Photos: What I was expecting to get versus what I got. Flowers not arranged in any fashion and just haphazardly placed in a vase.

Yesterday I had a standing spray delivered to a viewing and was very disappointed with the flowers I received. Upon arrival for the viewing of my lost loved one I noticed the flowers were already drooping and wilted. Nobody wants to see dying flowers next to a lost loved one. I decided to call the florist upon noticing their 48 hour guarantee. They told me they delivered them at 10:15 AM, which to my understanding when placing the order we decided on 1PM delivery since the viewing was at 2PM. I was also made aware that the flowers on the spray were temperamental and needed to be cared for properly, if they were so temperamental why were they delivered at 10:15 AM? Then they decided to blame it on the mortuary for not properly handling the flowers to which the mortuary said its not their responsibility and that is why the florist is to work with them on delivery. There was other flower arrangements that came from 50 miles away that are still in better condition the next day than these were in 4 hours.

The order I purchased was the DELUXE SHEER DELIGHT BOUQUET. The image online and what was delivered look nothing alike. I was told, "Well those are not our arrangements online, we just follow the recipe to make them have the same thing" That I feel is a problem and I feel that I should have been made aware of this before I made my purchase. There is an art to making a beautiful bouquet. Any one can purchase 20 pieces and put them in a vase but it takes a florist to be able to make it come together... The arrangement I choose had an elegant, classy look to it. What I received fell very short. The vase looks like a tin vase you could purchase at the dollar store. I have called, I have emailed pictures and left messages for the owner TIM. I received 1 missed call from an unknown number and was told there was no number I could call back and that he would try again. I called the store back and was told that he has tried to call me multiple times. I spent well over $120 which might not be a lot to some but for that kind of money, I expect the arrangement to look better than something I could have picked up at Ralphs. I keep editing to add the pictures because they continue to be removed
